Right of withdrawal (right of return)

Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling. This applies, for example, to products ordered online and products delivered by post.

Consumers have the right to inspect the products before deciding to withdraw, but not to use them. If the product packaging has not been opened, the consumer has the right to return the products during the withdrawal period and receive a full refund of the price paid for the products.

Exercising the right of withdrawal does not require a specific reason for the return.

No postage is required (for orders delivered to Finland). The sender is responsible for the arrival of the shipment. Posti / Itella / other carriers are not entitled to acknowledge receipt of the shipment on behalf of the seller. If the sender wishes to register the consignment or send it insured, the sender must pay any additional costs incurred.

The right of cancellation does not apply to electronic services for which delivery has already begun.

The consumer may also exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. More detailed instructions and a form can be found at the end of these conditions.

For orders delivered outside Finland, the subscriber is responsible for the postage costs.

We comply with Finnish law and any disputes will be settled by the Helsinki District Court.

of your decision to cancel the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of cancellation. We will make the refund using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event at no cost to you for the refund. By placing an order, you agree that we will make any refund by bank transfer to the account indicated by you. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without delay and no later than 14 days after you have given us notice of withdrawal. This time limit is met if you send the goods back before the end of this 14-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
