Delivery time
We will endeavour to ensure that we have at least one item in stock if we indicate that the item is in stock. However, we are not responsible for any errors in stock balances. We will deliver the products as quickly as possible and will inform you if we know that delivery will be delayed for any reason. We are normally able to deliver the order on the same or the next working day, so the order will reach our customer within about a week (for orders to Europe).
We accurately report delivery times on our website, but all delivery times are still estimates and are based on delivery times provided by Post and other carriers. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, but our customer always has the right to cancel the order if it is delayed.
The stated delivery times apply to almost all of Finland, but for the very north of Lapland and some destinations in the Turku archipelago, as well as some areas on the eastern border, delivery times will be one day longer.
Our customers can follow the progress of their orders on our website with the IDs sent to them by e-mail when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving any reason (e.g. in practice due to suspected fraud).
Warranty and errors
We guarantee that our products will meet the standards we declare and that our products will perform as promised.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, or if you believe that the product we have sent you is defective in any way, please contact us immediately to have it sorted out and put right.
We will take responsibility for our products to the extent required by law. We are not liable for damages caused by delayed delivery or for consequential damages, regardless of fault.
